Member Terms & Conditions

Version 2.0 - includes Silver Access Pass
Effective 22 Aug 2026

What's new in v2.0: the Silver Access Pass ($30/month) has been added as TCP's entry-level tier, and a promotional-entries clause (section 5) has been added for the Call. Covered. WIN. Trade Promotion. All other terms are unchanged.

    1. Membership tiers & benefits

TCP offers four membership tiers. Each provides defined access to our services, benefits and response times. All memberships include access to TCP’s trusted trade network, general maintenance and emergency response coordination, and member-only discount rates.

    1.1 Silver Access — $30/month
Access to the TCP member portal and trusted trade directory. Coordination of general maintenance: plumbing, gas, electrical, solar and data. Priority booking within 72 hours (subject to availability). Minimum 10% discount on quoted works — call-out fees are not included at this tier.

    1.2 Gold — $69/month
Includes one standard service call-out every 60 calendar days (additional call-outs may incur a standard fee). Covers plumbing, gas, electrical, solar, data and air-conditioning. Priority booking within 72 hours. Digital job tracking and preferential bookings.

    1.3 Platinum — $99/month
Includes one standard service call-out every 45 calendar days. 24/7 access to all trades. Priority booking within 48 hours. Free annual fire alarm inspection. Dedicated support team to coordinate work.

    1.4 Emerald Plus — $149/month
Coverage for up to three residential properties under one membership, with one call-out every 45 days shared across all properties. All Platinum benefits. Properties must be under the same ownership or management entity. Call-outs do not roll over; business hours apply (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm, excl. public holidays).

Service calls under all tiers are for reasonable maintenance issues; excessive or unreasonable requests may be reviewed and limited at TCP’s discretion.

    2. Call-out conditions

    • A standard call-out includes travel to site and up to 30 minutes of initial assessment and/or minor labour. Repairs and materials may incur additional charges unless otherwise specified.
    • Emergency or after-hours call-outs are not included in standard memberships and may attract additional charges, regardless of tier.
    • Service availability is subject to technician capacity, location and scheduling. Members must ensure safe, lawful access to the property; service may be refused if a site is deemed unsafe.

    3. Payments & renewal

    • Membership fees are payable one month in advance and billed monthly to the nominated payment method. Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
    • All memberships continue on an ongoing month-to-month basis until cancelled. By joining, you authorise TCP to automatically debit the fee each month.
    • TCP provides residential consumers with a voluntary 2-hour cooling-off period commencing from the time the initial membership payment is successfully processed.
    • A member may cancel their membership during this 2-hour cooling-off period by notifying TCP. Where no TCP callout, service or other membership benefit has been used during that period, TCP will refund the applicable membership payment.
    • Where a membership is cancelled and refunded during the 2-hour cooling-off period, any promotional entries allocated in connection with that refunded membership payment are automatically cancelled and become invalid at the time the refund is processed.
    • This voluntary 2-hour cooling-off period does not limit, exclude or replace any cooling-off period, termination right, consumer guarantee or other right or remedy available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Where a longer statutory cooling-off or termination period applies, that statutory period and the consumer’s applicable statutory rights will prevail.
    • Price changes: TCP may vary pricing with at least 14 days’ written notice.
    • Failed or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of benefits.

    4. Cancellation & refunds

    • Members may cancel at any time by written notice (email accepted). Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid the subsequent charge.
    • No partial-month refunds are issued for unused benefits.
    • TCP may terminate immediately for misuse of benefits, unsafe/unlawful site conditions, or repeatedly missed payments.

    5. Promotional entries (Call. Covered. WIN.)

As an incidental benefit of genuine membership, eligible members receive entries into the TCP Call. Covered. WIN. South Australian Trade Promotion Lottery (Trade Promotion Licence No. T26/1257):

    • 10 entries are issued when you join, once your first payment clears, and 10 further entries for each active paid month.
    • Entry allocation is identical for every tier — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Emerald Plus. Your tier does not affect your number of entries.
    • Each entry carries a unique ticket number and an equal chance of winning. Entries are issued only on cleared payment.
    • If a membership is cancelled, suspended or becomes inactive, no further entries are issued, but entries already allocated remain valid for the relevant draw.
    • Eligibility, prize, draw, notification, publication and redraw are governed by the Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions.

    6. Liability & exclusions

TCP acts as a facilitator connecting members with vetted, independent Trusted Trades. While TCP makes reasonable efforts to verify qualifications, insurances and compliance, all services are delivered directly by the Trusted Trade, who is solely responsible for their advice, quotes and workmanship. TCP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for delays due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    7. Privacy, governing law & amendments

TCP collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. TCP may update these Terms from time to time; the current version published on the website applies, and continued membership constitutes acceptance.
