TCP sells genuine, standalone membership services with real commercial value. Each membership tier provides tangible benefits including trade network access, discounts, priority service and emergency call out fees covered based on tier levels that exist independently of any promotional draw. As an incidental benefit of membership, TCP is also running a promotional trade lottery, with entries awarded to members in accordance with the conditions of the permit issued by Consumer and Business Services (CBS) South Australia.

Silver Access — $30 (recurring, cancel anytime)

• Minimum 10% discount on quoted works by TCP trades (call-out fees not included)

Gold — $69 per month (recurring, cancel anytime)

Includes:

• Digital job tracking
• Member portal

• Digital job tracking
• Member portal
• Free annual fire alarm inspection
• Dedicated support team to co-ordinate work

Promotion Concept

TCP’s core business is the sale of genuine membership services that provide real, independent commercial value to members, regardless of whether a member wins a prize. Membership pricing reflects the normal retail value of the benefits provided and is not inflated to fund the prize pool.

The promotional draw is offered as an incidental benefit of membership, consistent with the requirements for a trade promotion lottery in South Australia. Entry into the promotion is not the primary reason a customer would purchase a TCP membership.

Prize: 1 x Harley-Davidson motorcycle valued at up to $50,000 OR $30,000 cash (winner’s choice).

Compliance Strategy

TCP will apply for a trade promotion lottery permit from Consumer and Business Services (CBS) South Australia, as the total prize pool exceeds the applicable threshold for a permit-free promotion.

Promotional Period

Start: 20/09/2026 at 12:01am ACST

Eligible Entrants

• Entry is open only to South Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must reside at a South Australian residential address at the time of entry or have a rental property located in South Australia. The corresponding address must be linked to a TCP Membership.
• Employees, directors, immediate family members, and agencies directly associated with the promotion are not eligible.
• TCP may require entrants to provide proof of identity, age and South Australian residency (such as a driver’s licence or other government-issued identification) before entries are confirmed or a prize is awarded. Entrants who cannot provide satisfactory verification may be disqualified.

How to Enter

During the promotional period, entrants must purchase a qualifying TCP membership (Silver Access pass, Gold, Platinum or Emerald plus) and complete payment in full.

Entries Permitted

Entries are allocated only once payment has been successfully processed and cleared. Entries are not allocated for pending, declined, disputed, reversed or charged-back payments.

Entries already allocated remain valid for the relevant draw even if:

• The Silver access pass, Gold or Platinum membership is later cancelled.

Additional entries, including Silver access, Gold and Platinum loyalty entries, are awarded only for each additional paid membership period completed. Each valid entry receives an equal chance of winning.

Fraud and Payment Reversal

• TCP reserves the right to verify the identity, age, residency and payment details of any entrant at any time.
• Entries obtained through fraud, false information, unauthorised payment methods, or in breach of these terms will be void.
• Where a payment associated with an entry is subsequently reversed, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the associated entries will be voided and, if a prize has already been awarded on the basis of a void entry, TCP reserves the right to require return of the prize or its equivalent value.
• TCP may disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these terms, including by using multiple identities or fraudulent payment methods to obtain additional entries.

Total Prize Pool

Up to AUD $50,000.

Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive either:

• One Harley-Davidson motorcycle selected by the Promoter, valued at up to AUD $50,000; or
• AUD $30,000 cash paid by EFT to an Australian bank account.

The winner must nominate their preferred prize within 14 days of being notified.

The draw will be conducted by way of an independent electronic random draw, in accordance with the conditions of the permit issued by Consumer and Business Services (CBS) South Australia. The draw is open to public scrutiny on request.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the draw.

Publication of Winner

The winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) to be published on our website within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws, and will be provided to CBS upon request.

Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim the prize within two (2) months of the draw date. By: 06:30pm ACST, 18/02/2027.

Unclaimed Prize Redraw

If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will occur at the same location and time on 21/02/2027 in accordance with the permit conditions.

The winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) to be published on our website within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws, and will be provided to CBS upon request.

The unclaimed prize redraw winner will be notified in writing within 7 days.

Prize Conditions

• Prize is not transferable.
• If the motorcycle becomes unavailable, TCP may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to CBS approval where required.
• Any costs associated with registration, insurance, licensing, fuel, and ongoing ownership of the motorcycle are the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner is responsible for obtaining their own financial and tax advice.

Membership Conditions

• Silver access, Gold, Platinum & Emerald plus renew monthly until cancelled.
• Members may cancel Silver Access, Gold, Platinum or Emerald plus at any time.
• Entries are allocated only on cleared payment and remain valid for the applicable draw.
• If a member cancels, no further entries or loyalty entries are awarded after the end of the paid period.
• No refunds are provided, except as required by law.

Discount Conditions

• The 10% discount applies to labour charges only and is organised directly with the TCP trusted trades see TCP’s Terms and Conditions.
• Materials and third-party costs may be excluded.
• Silver access does not include call-out fees.
• Gold and Platinum include standard call-out fees on eligible service requests based on tier level.

Privacy

Personal information, including information collected for identity, age and residency verification, will be collected and used in accordance with TCP’s Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Clause

If any aspect of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, TCP may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to regulatory approval.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding the promotion will be resolved by TCP acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
